• Control voltage stepped down to 24 volt DC for operator safety.
• Variable roll to roll center distance by hand wheel & acme screw to maintain constant centerline of the work-piece.
• Each drive roll independently powered. Eliminating all of the many problems and constraints associated with drive shaft systems.
• All gear drive system is lubricated and sealed from contaminants such as weld spatter and slag. There are NO belts or chains that will stretch, wear or need adjustment.
• Heavy box frame construction with bed fully machined flat for accuracy.
• Heavy duty lifting lugs welded to the frame on both drive and idler rolls.
• Machined steel rolls with rubber center for traction provide greater accuracy.
• AC inverter drive with LED frequency display for speed adjustment.
