SIZE MATTERS You need a 500 Amp welding ground in order to handle the most demanding MIG, TIG and Flux-Core welding, especially when welding Aluminum. The PS-1F benchtop welding positioner comes standard with a 500 Amp. capacity welding ground (highest capacity in the industry).

  • The PS-1F benchtop welding positioner has a heavy duty worm gear rotation drive. All bearings are fully lubricated and sealed for long life and safety.  
  • The 12 inch diameter table is machine flat and includes 6 slots with centering grooves. The table can be tilted from zero to 90 degrees. 
  • The variable speed control is true DC control and will provide full torque and steady consistent speed, even at very low RPM
  • The PS-1F welding positioner features the highest capacity welding ground in the industry at 500 amps.

Optional MT6 3-jaw self-centering scroll chuck, features hardened reversible American standard serrated jaws. The MT6 chuck has a clamping range of .13 to 6.00 inches on the outside diameter.

Optional MAC WP-200 welding chuck Three jaw self-centering with reversible jaws. The WP-200 has a clamping range of .79 - 8.27 inches on the outside diameter. The WP-200 opens and closes quickly ideal for loading and unloading light work-pieces. Handles are permanently attached eliminating the need for a T-handle wrench.
