Modernizing Machine Controls - A Guide to Welding Manipulator Foot Pedals

As the fabrication industry has advanced, welding jobs have only gotten more and more complicated. At All-Fab, we strive to keep up with that increasing complexity! Recently we took a look at our machines across the board, looking for places where we could make improvements to keep ahead of an ever-changing industry. When it comes down to it, there's one thing that complex jobs call for: flexibility. So, we found exactly where we can add extra flexibility into our designs. It comes down to control!

In order to suit as many welders' needs as possible, we've introduced four varieties of controls to our machinery! Three different foot pedals with different options and our traditional control pendant. Each of our foot pedal designs are top-of-the-line and allow you to customize your machine to exactly fit the job at hand.

If the more complicated pedals aren't something you need, don't worry. We've got a recent improvement with you in mind as well! We here at All-Fab have just finished updating the base foot pedal on all of our positioners, switching to a higher-quality pedal, light-weight and more consistent with a 7-wire connection.
