Handy Carriage Variations

 

I-D with outside Guide Rolls - Used when there is no rib for tracking, such as on a box beam. I-D with 15H Guide Rolls - Used when the rib height is between .6 inches (15mm) and 1.38 inches (35mm). Standard guide rolls are used when the rib height is over 1.38 inches (35mm).

 

I-DV - Used for traveling along a vertical wall, a permanent magnet is also provided to prevent the carriage from falling over.  I-DW - uses two torches with a maximum rib height of 11.8" (300mm).  2-DW - uses two torches with a maximum rib height of 19.7" (500mm).

 

I-P-WS - The Model I-P-WS is used for heavy horizontal fillet welding and features a permanent magnet along with a welding torch oscillator.  The I-P-WS is capable of fillet welding up to 45 degree incline.  I-P-WST - The model I-P-WST is used for heavy horizontal fillet welding and features a permanent magnet along the two torches one stationary and one with oscillation.
   

 

I-PX-WST - The model I-PX-WST is used for butt welded of vee grooved joints and features a permanent magnet along with two torches, one stationary and one with osculation.  I-DH - The model I-DH is used for horizontal butt welding and is used in conjunction with a guide rail.
